Ken Mueller has over 25 years of senior finance, accounting, and strategic planning experience in high growth tech start-up, private, and public companies in domestic and global markets. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Microsoft Business Solutions, (now Microsoft Dynamics) a $700 million business unit. He has helped grow several companies in the US and international markets including Microsoft and Apple 20%+, Platinum Technology and Galileo International from $200 million to a billion in 3 years, private equity company from $10 to $50 million and many others.
Chief Monetization Officer / Founder
Sean Darwish has over 18 years experience in managing computer technology designs and development. He holds numerous professional certifications in computer and information technology. He has served as an independent technology consultant and EVP of Internet Technology for several renowned organizations worldwide including IBM, Datapoint Corporation, Randolph Air Force Base, Pyramid Management Group and Tesoro Savings. For the past several years he has served as the CTO and VP of Marketing for several startup technology companies designing and developing video streaming and content delivery technologies.
Media Advisory Board / Sales & Business Development
Colin Mitchell was born in London and grew up in New York City. He brings more than 13 years of experience in media, advertising and building Internet sales teams. Most recently, Colin was the National Director of Event, Magazine & Digital Sales for Essence Magazine. Prior to this, he was Group Director of Sales for Atlas Solutions a division of Microsoft, Business Development Director for Eyeblaster (now MediaMind), and Network Sales Manager for CNET Networks (a wholly owned CBS company). In addition to his dedication to business development, he is also passionate about teaching and motivational speaking.
Chief Business ADVISOR / INTERNATIONAL SALES
Rex Decker spent 26+ years of his career with AT&T before taking an early retirement to focus on developing video monetization solutions. As a former Area Manager, he was responsible for managing enterprise level initiatives. He brings extensive experience in technical project management, application development, analytics, performance metrics and data mining platforms. He received an undergraduate degree in liberal arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a magna cum laude MBA in Telecommunications Management from the University Of Dallas.
Creative Director & Senior Project Manager
Luz Castillo is a highly-experienced project manager with over six years in project management and product development. She has served as the project manager and lead client liaison for the company since its inception. Her experience in the retail and fashion industry is invaluable to the development and growth of the product placement and video monetization platform. in several specialty markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Legal Counsel / Business ADVISOR
Hunter Bass, JD, CPA, MBA, joins the team with extensive legal and business experience. A Texas native born and raised in San Antonio where he graduated from Trinity University with a BA in Accounting and St. Mary's University with a JD and MBA. He joined Arthur Andersen, LLP where he focused mostly on IPOs, revenue recognition and M&A work for software development companies. He also worked for the law firm of Shaddox, Compere, Walraven and Goode and Parr & Associates, CPAs, on M&A due diligence and tax related issues.
Business Strategy & Board Advisor
Joe Weiner has extensive experience in business strategy and finances as well as in-depth understanding of the challenges facing emerging companies in today's competitive markets. His business acumen and methodology for developing and growing a new product from implementation to a hyper growth stage have proven very crucial to the success of our technology solutions. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing form Fordham University in New York and his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from CCIM Institute in Chicago.
Information Technology & Infrastructure Advisor
Duke Prestridge has over 22 years of Information Technology experience as a Developer, Senior Systems andNetwork Engineer, Senior Program andProject Manager, Director of PMO and Chief Technology Officer. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale Business Process Development and is proficient with Lean Six Sigma, CMM, PMI, ITIL Foundation methodologies for managing projects. He has worked in various sectors including retail, financial, manufacturing, technology and many others.

VP of International Sales / Inteveo Netherlands
Iz Darwish is a highly experienced executive and operations manager within the European Union. Combining years of experience in the IT industry and managerial training have gained him an extensive background in the technology management sector. His current responsibilities include managing business and sales opportunities in the Netheralands and Western Europe. He holds a BA from Birzeit University, MA from the University of Texas in Austin and two years of Ph.D. studies from the University of Leiden, Netherlands.

Chris Dickson is the Managing Director of Inteveo operations in the UK. For many years, Mr. Dickson has worked as a consultant for several prominent organizations including Laws of Attraction Worldwide, OBE TV, Fashion TV and others. He is very known within the established network of well-trusted group of companies and professionals in the region and is very instrumental to the development of our business strategy in the UK. His experience in the marketplace and keen understanding of our innovative monetization platform has proven invaluable to major companies in the UK and EU.
Sales and Marketing ADVISOR / Inteveo UK
Sylvie Burger is a very accomplished and motivated professional with more than 20 years of experience in advertising, sales and marketing. She has served as the international advertising and sponsorship sales director for many prestigious companies including Fashion TV in France and the UK, Leo Burnett, MTV Europe and others. In addition, her invaluable knowledge in PR and fashion events organizing in Paris and London are paramount to the growth of the retail and fashion vertical in the region.
