Gil Murray
My Dad bought me a German compact at the tender age of eleven and I’ve been making images ever since.
As a teen I received fifty pence a week pocket money -all of which I would blow on Uomo Vogue and pore over the latest men’s fashions.
Working in Bond Street in the Eighties I was fortunate to get to know David Bailey a little and other photographers who were always happy to donate pearls of wisdom about their art.
My working career is fashion retail. My passion is photography.
